Digital Volunteering

We have a dedicated Digital Volunteer Co-ordinator based at Engage Renfrewshire for three days a week. Lauren Gilmour is employed by Renfrewshire Council to recruit volunteers to improve digital participation in Renfrewshire. Digital volunteers are currently working to support digital inclusion projects including:

  • One – to – one tablet tuition at Glentanar Court
  • After school coding clubs for young people
  • Delivering skills training to local third sector organisations.
  • Tablet classes for older adults

If your organisation would like to hear more about involving digital volunteers in your organisation or you would be interested in becoming a digital volunteer, please get in touch with:

We have recruited over 25 skilled volunteers to help deliver these projects. If you have a particular skill that you would like to assist an organisation with then please get in touch and we can discuss how your skills could fit into one of the many organisations we work with.
